Before real money is taken, a lawyer should confirm: whether paid entry with cash prizes needs a licence in Kenya, how player money may be held, and whether the site must be registered under the Data Protection Act.
Delete my account
You can ask us to delete your personal data at any time. Version 2026-10-09.
What is deleted
- Your name, logo, eFootball ID, phone number and email address.
- Your alerts, phone notification settings, friends and private messages.
- Your sign-in. Nobody, including you, can log in to that account again.
What stays
Match results, tournament tables and money records (entries, fees, prizes and refunds) stay, because other players' results and our accounts depend on them and the law requires us to keep money records. They no longer carry your name: you appear as "Deleted".
When it cannot be done yet
We cannot delete an account while you are entered in or run a tournament that is not over, or while a prize or refund is still owed to you. Finish or leave those first, then ask again.
How to ask
Log in and press the button below. The site owner is told and carries it out within 14 days. You can also write to the support address at the bottom of this page.
