Adults only

E-Game Arena is for people aged 18 and over. Tournaments can involve entry fees and cash prizes, so nobody under 18 may create an account, join a tournament or chat here. If you believe a child is using the site, tell us and we will close the account.

What is never allowed

• Any sexual content involving a person under 18, or any attempt to contact, groom or exploit a child.
• Bullying, threats, hate speech, harassment or pressure to pay or share personal details.
• Sharing someone else's phone number, address or photos without their permission.

We remove this content, close the account and, where the law requires it, report it to the Kenyan authorities.

How we keep chats safe

• Tournament chats can only be used by confirmed players and the admins of that tournament. Match chats and friend chats are private to the two people in them.
• Admins can delete messages, mute a player, and give warnings or strikes. Only the site owner can ban an account.
• Friend requests must be accepted before anyone can send a private message, and a friendship can be ended at any time.
• Pictures must come from our own storage, so nobody can point the site at an outside image.

How to report a concern

• Tell the tournament admin, who can mute or remove the person straight away.
• Use "Report a problem" on the tournament page, or write to the support address below with the player's team name and what happened.
• If a child is in danger, contact the Kenya Police (999 or 112), the Child Helpline 116, or the Directorate of Criminal Investigations as well.

We read every report and act on serious ones as quickly as we can.

Parents and guardians

If your child has an account, write to us and we will remove it. You can also ask us to delete any personal data we hold about them, using the Delete my account page.
